i ha a 1998 nissan altima it has been cuttng off while im driveing i got a new fuel filter a couple months ago it was fine just this past sunday its starting to cut off again while im driving

On Oct.31st. of last year I fell down the stairs in my apartment complex.....from the third floor had to be rushed to the hospital by ambulance...my hospital stay was five days from there i shipped away to a raunts house until late December in home rehab......can i still sue?

i have a B&S Model 28T707 engine with a nikki style carburetor...problem when you stop the engine put away until next time all of the fuel will empty in to the crank case.
i`ve put on a repair kit and still have the problem....how to fix.
if i blow into the fuel inlet and move the float up and down you can here air being shut off quiet easly which tells me the float device is working proberly.....any ideas?

ok panic button on keyless remote pushed on then off both by mistake passenger door open alarm went off driver door open same thing turned alarm off with keyless remote got in the car now nothing ignition turns freely nothing no power at all no crank no click no dinging replaced ignition still nothing help

After having an authorized GMC dealer in NJ install new brakes on the front, and new brake lines to the rear drums, I have experienced the following problems.
Hearing griding noises in the rear.
Sometimes the vehicles will neither go forward nor backward.
Other times it will go backward but not forward.
A transmission shop in Pennsylvania changed the trans filter, drained out the fluid/replaced the fluid and pan. I was abled to drive about 3 miles.

I am about to have a Ch 7 BK in CA discharged. I filed in April 2010 assuming Bank of America would be doing an immediate trustee sale on my condo after an unsuccessful attempt at loan modification. The HOA was included in the filing, but since the bank has now 8 months later, still not taken back the property, my atty. tells me I am on the hook for all HOA dues since filing. This amount is now $3000. Can I amend my BK to include this amount?
