what happens to unpaid restitution debt to the state and federal government if it isn`t paid off in a reasonable timeframe? I was told that the dept of justice has 20 years to enforce the law, but my lawyer and probation don`t seem to know what will happen?

I have a 5year old Boston Terrier, Ladybug, and about 2 years ago, she started getting these bumps on her that when removed it left a reddened area and the hair came with it. I am currently giving her Grivulvin. She has had scrapings done and no one seems to offer me what is going on with her. Right now she has the most spots she has ever had. I feed her Purina ONe I also use Chlotimazole/betsmethzone on these spots. She does not act like they are itchy. Also, for her bath we have been using Sebalyte.

I rescued a 3-4 year old Pekingese who had been living on the streets. During routine dental care, the vet found that his jaw was broken some time in the past and never fused. The break is in his lower jaw just at the centerpoint below his front teeth. My questions:
Is this painful?
What will happen if it isn`t repaired?
Is there an non-invasive way to stabilize the jaw so that it will heal, or is surgery required? What are the chances of success for either technique?

If I have a 1992 4.3 v6 chevy motor, Which is throttle body, and a 1996 4.3 V6 vortex can I change the intake or do I have to change the heads too?

I have a 1997 Chrysler Sebring with a 2.5. The other day i was driving and it just died on me. I had it towed to a shop and they replaced the crank sensor. immediately asfter leaving the shop I noticed that the check engine light was flashing (did not do this prior to having the crank sensor replaced). At times the vehicle runs rough and the light will be on and then strt flashing again. hooked up an odbII scanner and it is giving a code for an O2 sensor and 1 code each for each individual cylinder missfire (cylinder 1 missfire, cylinder 2 missfire, cylinder 3, missfire ...etc, all the way through 6. It runs fine the majority of the time. What could be causing this?

I have a 2001 ford focus SE that won`t start. I got a computer scan and found P1409 - EGR Vacuum Regulator Solenoid Circuit Malfunction. Do I replace that part and problem solved? I tried disconnecting it and that didn`t work.

I had a possible HIV exposure last May 1, 2009. I was tested using the Oraquick oral method on October 22, about 5 months and 3 weeks later. The test was negative. However, now I am torturing myself and thinking every symptom I have is HIV. How reliable is a 5 month result using Oraquick? I have had no risky behavior and no possible infection since the incident occurred on May 1st. However, I am torturing myself with the possibility that maybe it just took me longer to seroconvert. I keep hearing different guidelines, such as 3 months is conclusive, 6 months is conclusive, or it can take a year or more to show up. I was 5 months and 3 weeks. I am so terrified and it took all I could to just go for the first test. I`m not sure I could do it again. Help!

have a 04 jag xj8, stored for winter battery dead ,unable to get into trunk as this is battery location. tried manual key under trunk logo ,even shot some wd40 in it still will not open, asked a mech, his do lack of use they set up. maybe back seat has to come out,and is there a child safe cord to pull? appreciate your help,thanks
